Hair Added/ 3D= item is made with real synthetic hair attached to the artwork
No Hair/ 2D = item is made without real hair added. You can see the hair but not physically touch it.
Made to order item = an item that is made within a manufacturing process in which the production of an item begins only after a confirmed customer order is received.
Mock-up = an arrangement of text and pictures to be printed. The images you see of our products are mock-ups. Therefore, the item you will receive may look slightly different based on production. (Product review video coming soon for your reference)
What is the difference between 3D and 2D artwork?
3D (i.e. Originals/3D Prints): Has real material added. Able to physically touch and see the real hair.

Does the artwork come with real hair, fabric and/or jewelry?
Originals: Depends on the painting. Many times they do. See product details when purchasing.
3D prints:Yes, they do come with real material added. See product details when purchasing.
2D canvas prints:No, they do not have real material added. It is a photo copy of the original painting on canvas. See product details when purchasing.
2D paper prints: No, they do not have real material added. It is a photo copy of the original painting on paper. See product details when purchasing.
Accessories (i.e. Phone case/mug/notebook/tote bags/etc.): No, they do not have real material added.
Now offering AfterPay
AfterPay will allow you to pay for items in 4 installments. The products will be shipped to you after the initial installment is paid. You will not need to wait until 4 installments are paid to receive the product. There may be a temporary hold for the full amount for validation of funds. How can I order a custom painting?
For a limited time only, Tyler is now offering custom paintings. Fill out the custom order form, here.
1. I just placed an order, what's next?
Tyler is so excited that you decided to order some of her artwork! Thank you for supporting her small business! Once you place an order, please stay tuned for an email with tracking details once the order is fulfilled by either Tyler or her manufacturer.

2. How long does it take to receive my purchased items? *Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, these estimate times may shift*
A tracking email will be sent once your order has been fulfilled. The production time varies based on the product. Here is an estimate timeframe:
Takes 2-6 business days to fulfill before shipping.
2D Poster Prints:
The 2D poster prints take 1-5 business days to be prepared before shipping.
2D Canvas Prints:
The 2D canvas prints take 2-10 business days to be manufactured and then shipped.
Can take up to 14 business days before shipping.
Can take 2-10 business days for fulfillment.

3. How much is shipping?
Shipping prices vary per item and location. Once you get to the checkout window, your shipping fee will be displayed. Shipping is free for US orders of $200 or more before taxes.
4. Do we offer international shipping?
Inspire By Tyler, LLC is based in the U.S. International shipping is available for most items. If your desired item is not available internationally, please contact us and we will take a look to see if it can be offered for you.
5. What if my package was lost or damaged?
Please reach out to the Inspire team to investigate the issue within 30 days from shipment. Based on the outcome of the investigation, items may either be replaced or a store credit may be offered. Please take photos of the packaging, products and the packing slip. Each scenario will be treated individually. Unfortunately, after 30 days we can no longer investigate this issue. Thank you for your patience during this very unfortunate situation.
6. Can I return my order for a refund?
Inspire By Tyler LLC, does not offer refunds or cancellations. If the item is damaged upon delivery we will issue a replacement or a store credit depending on the scenario. Many items are not fulfilled directly by Tyler, resulting in many complications with returning items. Please ask questions if you are unsure about the item(s) you would like to purchase. If we made a mistake with your order, please contact us to investigate.
